Five Finger Death Punch Single Release

“HARD TO SEE”: LEAD SINGLE FROM SECOND FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH ALBUM SET FOR 7” VINYL RELEASE ON AUGUST 31^ST  VIA SPINEFARM RECORDS UK… 

U.S. HEAVYWEIGHTS FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH will release the first single from their second studio album, ‘War Is The Answer’, on August 31^st 2009. Titled “Hard To See”, and with another new track “Bulletproof” included as a bonus, the single will be available as a limited edition, hand-numbered, coloured vinyl 7”, with the digital version already live. The artwork for the 7” has been specially designed by 5FDP mainman/guitarist Zoltan Bathory. (“Bulletproof” is currently streaming on the Spinefarm Records UK Myspace page). 

5FDP have just filmed a video for “Hard To See”, and have now left for their first ever dates in Australia and Japan.

 Commenting on ‘War Is The Answer’, set for release on September 21^st via Spinefarm Records UK, prime songwriter Bathory states:- “This record has been co-produced by Kevin Churko, who was heavily involved with Ozzy’s ‘Black Rain’ album, and the mixing has been handled by Randy Staub, whose track record includes Metallica amongst many others … “In terms of the overall style, I would say that we’ve continued the journey we started on the first album, so there’s a healthy balance of melody and aggression, and as always we concentrated on writing strong metal songs in the traditional sense.  “There’s some epic moments on the record, and there’s some straight-up home-wreckers, too. All I can say is, those who liked our first album are going to LOVE this one!”
