RAMMSTEIN to headline Sonisphere Festival!
2009 has been an incredible year for Rammstein, seeing them return from their four-year hiatus with the stunning new album 'Liebe ist für alle da', which reached the Number 1 slot in many countries all over the world.
Having completely sold out Wembley Stadium on their 2010 UK tour, Rammstein are now due to play a headline slot at the UK Sonisphere Festival alongside the mighty Iron Maiden. The UK Sonisphere festival runs from Friday 30th July to 1st August 2010.
This headline appearance marks the first time the band have played a UK festival. They will be bringing their full stage show to Knebworth (as seen in the video for forthcoming single Ich Tu Dir Weh) for what is sure to be ultimate Rammstein live experience.
The band comments: “The great support that we’ve experienced from the UK fans has been beyond anything we expected...we are looking forward to putting on a show that no-one will ever forget!”.
