Festival Fever For Spinefarm UK
This is the first time that either of these acts has played this prestigious event, set to run from June 12th -14th at Donington Park. Five Finger Death Punch will appear on the main stage on Saturday June 13th, and Backyard Babies will take to the Tuborg stage on Friday June 12th.
Five Finger Death Punch have now sold almost 350,000 copies of their debut album ‘The Way Of The Fist’, released internationally in January of this year; in support of the record, they toured the UK in February, playing selected headlines dates as well as appearing on the ‘Defenders Of The Faith II’ series of shows.
“The Bleeding”, the first single from ‘The Way Of The Fist’, is currently available via Spinefarm Records UK, although back in the US, the band are already in the studio laying down the tracks for Album No 2, set for release in September of this year, also through Spinefarm UK.
Backyard Babies current, self-titled album was released via Spinefarm UK in August of 2008, and the band were recently on the road here (co-headlining with The Rasmus) in support of the ‘Degenerated’ single, the video for which was largely funded by the company responsible for the ‘Guitar Hero’ game.
