NIGHTWISH - TARJA-ERA ‘BLESS THE CHILD’ EP NOW AVAILABLE IN THE UK FOR THE FIRST TIME
ORIGINALLY ISSUED back in 2002 in support of Nightwish’s fourth full studio album, the classic ‘Century Child’ , this eight-track EP – now available via Spinefarm Records UK – features a whole host of material that will be of interest to the Finnish bands ever-growing fanbase.
Lead track, “Bless The Child”, is taken from the ‘Century Child’ album itself, whereas the rest of the songs are drawn from a variety of sources; there’s live tracks (“Come Cover Me”), Japanese bonus tracks (“The Wayfarer” and “Nightquest”), early recordings (“Once Upon A Troubador” and “A Return To The Sea”), and more besides, including a version of the track “Sleepwalker” – originally recorded as a possible Eurovision Song Contest entry!
For all those who've invested in the late 2007 Re-issues of the Nightwish catalogue, this 'Bless The Child' EP is another essential purchase.
